Short-term management at 17% of rental revenue, with guest communication, turnover and in-house cleaning coordination, and availability and revenue strategy. Homes are listed and booked direct on DAP Stays.
Mid-term furnished stays
Furnished rentals of 28 days or more at 10% of rental revenue, for traveling professionals, relocations and extended stays.
